1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, sales, and agreements between Prae Studio’s and customers in
the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, and other applicable regions within the EU.
1.2 By placing an order with Prae Studio’s, you conform that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1.3 Prae Studio’s reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will apply to all
future orders placed after the effective date of the change.

2. Orders & Payments
2.1 An agreement is formed once Prae Studio’s confirms your order via email.
2.2 We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order within 5 business days without the need to provide a reason.
2.3 All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.
2.4 Payment must be made at the time of order unless using an approved post-payment method such as Klarna.
When using Klarna, their specific terms and conditions apply.
2.5 If payment is not received or fails, Prae Studio’s reserves the right to cancel the order.

3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, and other selected EU countries.
3.2 All items are produced on demand for sustainability reasons. Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours via DHL.
Shipping times provided are estimates and may vary due to external circumstances.
3.3 If your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund.
3.4 The risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the order.

4. Returns & Refunds
4.1 You have the right to return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
4.2 Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
4.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
4.4 Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned item(s).
4.5 The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Opened hygiene-related items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)
• Digital or downloadable products

5. Warranty & Defects
5.1 If an item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.
5.2 Warranty does not apply to:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations

6. Liability
6.1 Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the item(s) purchased.
6.2 Prae Studio’s is not liable for indirect damages such as lost income, business interruption, or personal losses.
6.3 All agreements and disputes are governed by Dutch law. Legal proceedings will be handled in Groningen, the Netherlands.

7. Promotions & Gift Cards
7.1 Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
7.2 If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued as a new gift card with the same original expiration date.
7.3 Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Final Provisions
8.1 Force Majeure: Prae Studio’s is not liable for any delays or failure to perform due to external causes such as supplier issues, strikes,
natural disasters, or technical failures.
8.2 You may not transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party without our written consent.
8.3 If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
