are made to order through print-on-demand, we do our best to ensure quality and accuracy in every item.
However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a
full refund of the product price.
Please note the following:
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unused, and undamaged.
• Returns must be initiated by contacting us at info@praestudios.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll be happy to replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Why Shipping Isn’t Covered
As a small business using a print-on-demand model, we produce each item specifically for you.
We don’t keep inventory, which helps reduce waste but also means returns are costly. By asking customers
to cover return shipping, we can continue offering unique, made-to-order products without compromising
our sustainability or putting financial strain on our small operation.
